Go Red - Signature Blend

Go Red originated from our cupping sessions to create our Signature Blend.  Multiple samples were used in the initial session.  Our panel of testers all gravitated to two selections:  Red Dalia (Mexico) and Red El Scorpion (Guatemala).  During our second cupping session we tried multiple variations of these two selections ultimately landing on 1 part Red Dalia to 3 parts Red El Scorpion as our primary blend which is displayed on the Go Red label.

Did you know the color for Dyslexia Awareness is Red? 

After viewing our blind tasting results showing these two options as our top selections we saw it as a sign to these for our Signature Blend.
